The Rowlett Police Association is a non-profit fraternal organization composed of professional public safety personnel dedicated to improving the quality of life for the citizens of Rowlett.

We believe that the nature of our chosen profession provides a unique perspective on the needs of the citizens of Rowlett, and also carries a responsibility to help others above and beyond the service that we provide on duty. To that end, we dedicate ourselves to actively developing and supporting benevolent and charitable causes.

We believe that providing the highest possible level of safety and professionalism can only be achieved by attracting and retaining the highest quality applicants and employees. To that end, we act as an advocate for the employees of the Rowlett Police Department in the areas of occupational safety, working conditions and economic well being.

We believe and accept that the unique character of our occupation involves a certain level of risk. In the interest of mitigating the negative effects of such risk, we commit ourselves to cultivating a spirit of brotherhood and cohesion among our members and their families, both on-duty and off.
